Convention Centers in Madisonville
The City of Madisonville has several facilities for the public to rent for those special Weddings, Receptions, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, Meetings and Other Events.
Truman Kimbro Convention Center - The Truman Kimbro Convention Center is located at 111 West Trinity, on the south side of the square. The rent depends on the number of people attending, ($200.00, $250.00, or $300.00). The deposit is $50.00 and must be paid two weeks prior to the event. This facility seats approximately 300 people. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned and there is no damage.
At Lake Madison, we have two locations:
These facilities are ideal since there is so much to do at the Park. There's playground equipment, basketball goals, fishing, boating, baseball fields, soccer fields and jogging.
We are proud of our Baseball and Softball fields in our Lake Madison Recreational Area.

The Clubhouse - The Lake Madison Clubhouse rents for $100.00 plus a deposit of $50.00 paid one week in advance.
All deposits are refunded after the key is turned in and there is no damage. Both of these facilities are located at 1215 East Collard.
The Pavilion - The Pavilion has a rent of $50.00 and the deposit is $25.00
Fields rent for $75.00 per field on weekdays and weekends, or $125.00 for three days in a row. A $100.00 cleaning and damage deposit is required.
