The Madisonville City Council met in a Special called meeting Workshop on June 29, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas
Meeting called to order at 9:03 a.m.
Meeting called to order with the following members present:

- Introduction
The Meeting started at 9:03 a.m. by Mike Conduff from The Elim Group
II. Strategic Plan Workshop
The Council discussed planning and direction for the City of Madisonville in regards to Infrastructure, Emergency Services, City Hall, Parks, Beautification of the City, Future Revenue sources, and the roles of City Council and City Staff in implementing future budget decisions.
III. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourn by Council member Dale Kovacs at 3:27 p.m. Seconded by Council member Jerry Harper all voted AYE
