The Madisonville City Council met in a Special called meeting Workshop on July 23 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Meeting called to order with the following members present:

Jerry Harper-Council Member

Dale Kovacs-Council Member
Camilla Viator- City Manager
Rosa Barrera-City Secretary
Krystal Carroll-Finance Director
- Mayor William (Bill) Parten called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
II. Invocation was given by Council member Chris McGilbra
III. Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey led the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag with City Council and staff members

V. CONSENT AGENDA
(a.) Discuss and consider designating an administration service provider for the 2019-2020 Texas Community Development Fund application and project Implementation.
Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey moved to consider an administration service provider for the 2019-2020 Texas Community Development Fund Application and project implementation. Seconded by Council member Lois Brown with each Council member voting AYE motion carried.
Miranda with Grant works was present to explain this project.

Council went over General Fund, Hotel-Motel Fund and Enterprise Fund
Council member Jerry Harper adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey with all Council members voting AYE motion carried
