(A.) Consider approval of the minutes as written for September 10, 2018,
(B.) Consider approval of Accounts Payable as written for the previous Month
(C.) Discuss and possible approval of Resolution 97-2018 Nationwide Retirement Solutions deferred compensation program
(D.) Discuss and possible approval of Resolution 98-2018 regarding a contract for the purpose of Financing Police Vehicles
(E.) Discuss and possible approval of Madison County Appraisal District Budget for the fiscal year 2019
(F.) Discuss and possible approval of Ordinance 813 providing that Ordinance 642 of the City of Madisonville be amended by adding regulations by type of sign of off-premise temporary signs and Ordinance 809 Garage Sales be amended on General Permitted Standards
(G.) Discuss and possible approval of Ordinance 814 the amendment of certain Ordinance no’s 373, 427, 498 and 797 of the City of Madisonville establishing rules and regulations for the users of Lake Madison Park and Marian Anderson Park; providing for enforcement; providing for penalties; providing for severability; providing a saving clause; providing a repealing clause; and providing for an effective date an including a penalty provision
(H.) Discuss and possible approval from Carrinton Mortgage requesting a refund for erroneous payments made to the wrong account. The accounts paid were in the name of JB Burns Jr. instead of JB Burns sr in the amount of $1808.12
