(A.) Consider approval of the minutes as written for December 10, 2018
(B.) Consider approval of Accounts Payable as written for the previous Month
(C.) Consider and approval in re-appointing to the MVFD Texas Emergency
Services Retirement System Board for two year term J T Vinson, Brandon Hutson and Bo Mitchell
(D.) Discuss and possible approval of an Ordinance 816 of the City of Madisonville providing that the code of Ordinances of the City of
Madisonville be amended by revising section 46-219 in “Zoning” of said code; density regulations one Manufactured Home or principal
building is allowed per lot in the MH Manufactured Home Residential District, Proposed addition any lot or property located in the MH
Manufactured Home Residential District shall not be subdivided, all lots or property with a street frontage address located in the Non-Manufacture home zone residential district shall not have manufactured home (s) on that property or lot, even if that property or lot extends to other property(s) owned by the same owner that is located in a lot that is within a MH Manufactured Home Residential District. The address will define the zone into the MH District classification; providing for penalties; providing a saving clause; and finding and determining that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law.
(E.) Public Hearing, discussion and action to rezone from SF-2 (Single Family-2) Residential Zoning district located on the East side of Martin Luther King as set forth in exhibit “A”
(F.) Discuss and possible approve an Ordinance 817 of the City of Madisonville, providing that the code of Ordinances of the City of Madisonville be amended by revising section 01.07 in Zoning of said code; providing that the zoning map shall be changed so that certain area located from the East Side of Martin Luther King Street be designated into MH District classification; providing for penalties; providing a saving clause; and finding and determining that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law.
(G.) Discuss and possible approval an Ordinance 815 the re-plat of lots 4 and 5 into one lot and lots 6 and7 one lot, L.O. Thompson Subdivision, No. 2, located in the J.S. Hunter Survey A-110 within The City of Madisonville, Texas as shown on Exhibit “ A “
