The Madisonville City Council met in a Special called meeting Workshop on June 3, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas

Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Meeting called to order with the following members present:

Russell Bailey-Mayor Pro tem

Camilla Viator- City Manager

Krystal Carroll-Finance Director

(A.)  Discuss, consider, Resolution 102-2019 and select an administration service provider to complete application and project implementation for the CDBG- Disaster Recovery funding through the General Land Office Community Development and Revitalization

        Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey moved to approve Resolution 102-2019 and select an administration service provider to complete application and project implementation for the CDBG. Disaster Recovery funding through the General Land Office Community Development and Revitalization. Seconded by Council member Lois Brown with each Council member voting   AYE motion carried.

(B.) Discuss and possible approval of an Ordinance 820 of the City of Madisonville be amended relating to various standard codes pertaining to Inspection and Enforcement of minimum standards for building activities in the city of Madisonville.

       Council member Chris McGilbra moved to approve of Ordinance 820 be amended relating to various standard codes pertaining to Inspection and Enforcement of minimum standards for building activities in the City of Madisonville. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey with each Council member voting AYE motion carried

       The meeting was adjourn by Council member Chris McGilbra at 7:30 p.m. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey all voted AYE
