The Madisonville City Council met in a Special called meeting Workshop on June 24, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas

Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Meeting called to order with the following members present:

William (Bill) Parten-Mayor

Russell Bailey-Mayor Pro tem

Chris McGilbra-Council Member

Brady Taylor-Council Member

Lois Brown-Council Member

Jessie Jaenicke-Council Member-came in at 7:17 p.m.

Camilla Viator- City Manager

Krystal Carroll-Finance Director-absent

Rosa Barrera-City Secretary

I.  Mayor William (Bill) Parten called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

II. Invocation was given by Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey

III. Chief Herbert Gilbert led the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and the Texas Flag with City Council and staff members

IV. Visitors Forum-no one

V. CONSENT AGENDA

(A.) Budget (Workshop)

• The Rate of the Municipal Court Training

City Council and Staff watched a Municipal Court Training video

• HOT Funds

Council went over revenues and expenses in this department

• Water and sewer rates

Kevin Story and Ashley Stapleton went over the water and sewer rates with the Council. Council was pleased with the rates.

• Enterprise Fund

Council went over revenues, expenses, sewer department and sewer plant.

VI. Adjournment

       The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Pro Tem Russell Bailey at 7:48 p.m. Seconded by Council member Lois Brown all voted AYE
