(A.) Consider approval of the minutes as written for July 8, 2019, July 15, 2019 and July 22, 2019

(B.) Consider approval of Accounts Payable as written for the previous Month (C.) Review and possible approval of the Audit for 2018-2019

(D.) Discuss and consider approving a Resolution 103-2019 regarding Finance Contract for the purpose of procuring equipment

(E.) Discuss and consider approving parade permit and special event permit for the City of Madisonville

(F.) Discuss and possible approval of Ordinance 821 and pedestrian signs for East Trinity St.

VI.. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items discussed in executive session.
