NOTICE OF CALLED MEETING
THIS MEETING WAS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETING ACT V.T.C.A. GOVERNMENT CODE CHAPTER 551. THE CITY OF MADISONVILLE WILL HOLD AN EMERGENCY MEETING FEBRUARY 19, 2021 AT 11 AM.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.125, the City Council of the City of Madisonville will meet via telephone conference call as an emergency and/or public necessity exists and convening at one location of a quorum of the City Council is difficult or impossible because of inclement weather conditions due to wind, rain and snow.

5. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items discussed in executive session. The City Council for the City of Madisonville reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development).
