Code Enforcement

• The cost is based on the cost of construction.  All other permits are $100.00 each.
• A copy of the prints and site plans must be submitted to City Offices (building inspector) for approval before a permit can issued. Once the work is completed it must receive a final inspection from the inspector. 
• Other permits require a licensed person to get the permit to do the work unless a homeowner is doing the work themselves.

Mobile Homes

• The City regulates the placement of mobile homes inside the City Limits.  Please contact City Hall if you wish to locate a mobile home in the city.
