The Madisonville City Council will meet in a special called meeting on October 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas

(A.) Discuss and Possible approve an emergency disaster declaration for the City of Madisonville
(B.) Discuss and possible approval of purchasing a 2018 420F2 backhoe in the amount of $112,162.16
(C.) Discuss and possible approval on a Resolution #99-2018 regarding a Financing Agreement for the purpose of procuring a backhoe and related equipment
CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items discussed in executive session.
The City Council for the City of Madisonville reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this
meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.086 (Economic Development.)
