All consent agenda items are considered to be routine by the City Council and
will be enacted by a motion. There will be no separate discussion on these
items unless a Council Member requests, an item be removed and considered
separately

(A.) Consider approval of the minutes as written for March 11, 2019
(B.) Consider approval of Accounts Payable as written for the previous Month
(C.) Review and possible approval of sale struck off property to Mildred Jordan
in the amount of $250.00
(D.) Review and possible approval to enter into an agreement between the City
and the Utility Service Partners to offer utility service line warranties to
Residents
(E.) Discuss and possible approval an Ordinance 819 authorizing the offering of
Health benefits coverage to Madisonville retirees under the age of 65

VI. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items
discussed in executive session. The City Council for the City of
Madisonville reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any
time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed
above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071
