All consent agenda items are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by a motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Council Member requests, an item be removed and considered separately
(A.) Discuss and possible approval of Resolution #113-2020 the Federal Highway Bridge Rehabilitation and Replacement Program by the Texas Department of Transportation (the State).
(B.) Discuss and possible approval of Resolution #114-2020 authorizing the selection of a professional service provider for the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT).
(C.) Budget (Workshop)

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items discussed in executive session. The City Council for the City of Madisonville reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development)
