V. CONSENT AGENDA
All consent agenda items are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by a motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Council Member requests, an item be removed and considered separately
(A.) Art Rodriguez, City Attorney will conduct training to the City Council
(B.) Discuss and possible approval to appoint Mayor Pro Tem Chris McGilbra
to the selection committee for the administration services for the ARP
project.
(C.) Discuss and possible action granting the Right-of-Way to Entergy Texas, Inc
at Lake Madison Park beign 246.80 Acres.
(D.) Discuss and possible action hiring a search firm for the new City
Manager.
(E.) Budget (Workshop)

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items
discussed in executive session. The City Council for the City of Madisonville reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development)
