(a.) Consider approval of the minutes as written for March 12, 2018 and March 22, 2018
(b.) Consider approval of Accounts Payable as written for the previous Month
(c.) Discuss and possible approving on waiving city taxes for 211 S Bogan Madisonville Cemetery.
(d.) Discuss and consider the Amazing Grants, Inc. assignability clause in the Professional Management Agreement in regards to TxCDBG #7217279.
(e.) Discussion on Water Well #4
(f.) Discussion and possible acceptance of Post-Issuance Compliance Policy For Tax-Exempt Obligations.
VII. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: for possible action resulting from items discussed in executive session.
